due to extra work involved
Christmas/New Years reservations have a minimum of 5 nights charge for everyone
unless still available and booked within 14 days of holiday

VACCINES health (mine and theirs)
All pets must be Up to Date on annual vaccines. If the animal was not current before, their vaccination must be at least 7 days prior to stay.
Proof of vaccination CANNOT be a "shots due reminder"
All pets need to be flea and worm free!
Please don't bring me your dog with ignored health issues. Smelly rotten teeth, oozing eyes, painful ear infections, crusty skin infections........it affects me and makes me feel horrible and helpless, nothing any amount of money can fix. Of course some dogs have issues, I just ask that they have been seen by a vet and are getting treatment/are on meds.
No dog can be in heat or go into heat while here or must be picked up
If your dog goes into heat while here and cannot be picked up, there is an additional $15/day charge, due immediately!
NOT RESPONSIBLE for dogs that climb over or dig under fences!! No concrete runs here. Outdoor fence is 5 feet tall

DROP OFF/PICK UP/VISITS = Is by appointment!

Exit Bath/Blow Dry
$15 - Short haired dogs under 40lb
· $25 - Long/Curly under 40lbs & short haired over 40lbs
· $40 - 40-80lbs AND long/curly/heavy/special coat
Cannot accommodate a dog over 80lbs, sorry
Nail trim/ Ear cleaning
$10 nail trim (dog permits) & Ear cleaning
$40 nail trim training
(dog terrified, will attempt to train, refunded if unsuccessful, 7 day minimum stay, maximum dog weight 50lbs, more days, better chance. Follow up, stop by, trims available. Note, if the nails are long, not too much can be taken off at once as the nerve grows with the nail, it takes 7-14 days (2-3 sessions) to work the nail back.
$5/day Daily pictures and updates
Your dog will be happy here., but if you must have updates, please opt for this,
as it is extra time I have to set aside (no staff here)
